What does the NinjaResponder Follow Up Autoresponse System do?

The NinjaResponder Follow Up Autoresponse System takes the concept of the basic e-mail autoresponse one step further: A standard autoresponder automatically sends out one immediate message. What are prospects, leads, and customers?
